“贵州新升本高校”教师幸福感和职业倦怠特点研究

摘    要:为了探明"贵州新升本高校"教师幸福感和职业倦怠的特点与关系,对475名高校教师进行了问卷测试,收回有效问卷433份。结果表明,情感和行为控制因子存在性别差异;随着教龄增加,工作热情有所提高;助教的倦怠水平较高,且随职称升高幸福感水平提高;教师的职业倦怠与幸福感呈极其显著的负相关。

Abstract:To make clear the characteristics and relation between the subjective well-being and job burnout in the teachers at "newly upgraded regular colleges in Guizhou",questionnaires are addressed to 475 teachers at such colleges and 433 copies of them have been completed.The gathered information shows that there exists a sex difference on the factors of emotional and behavior control,that the zeal of teaching increases with the lengthening of their service as teachers,that the level of job burnout of assistants is relatively high and their subjective well-being goes up with the promotion of their professional ranks and titles,and that teachers' job burnout and their subjective well-being is obviously of a negative correlation.
