| 摘 要： | 实训基地建设是高职院校改善办学条件、彰显办学特色、提高教学质量的重要保证。坚持以能力为本位的教育思想，构建以职业技能培养为目标的实践教学体系，以实训基地建设为教育教学改革的突破口，应当成为我国现阶段高职院校人才培养的重要着力点。

| Abstract: | The construction of practice and training base is the important guarantee of improving the conditions of school-running, highlighting school characteristics and enhanting the teaching quality for higher vocational schools. Adhering to the competency-based education thought. We should construct practical teaching system which taking vocational skill cultivation as goal, take the construction of practice and training base as the breakthrough of education and teaching reform, it should be the focal point of talents cultivation for higher vocational schools at this stage. |
