| 摘 要： | 人类诗歌创作经历了从口头创作与口头传播到纸媒创作和书面传播方式进而发展到网络写作与网络传播方式的改变。诗歌媒介的改变必然带来诗歌各方面的巨大变革，从写作方式、传播途径、阅读形态、诗歌样式、批评风气到精神品质都发生了全方位的改变，它打破了传统诗歌的形态和美学趣味，推动诗歌创作的繁荣，由此产生了新的美学革命和文体革命。与此同时，开放性的网络诗歌也存在一些由于自由泛滥而带来的弊病和问题，因此我们有必要确立一些规范，以引导网络诗歌健康发展。
