| 摘 要： | 中国经济增长至今仍是以投资带动为主,消费仍居于次位。坚持扩大内需特别是消费需求,是"十二五"期间的重要任务,也是一项长期的发展战略。如何扩大消费需求?关键还在于迅速提高农民收入。目前,农民收入增长相对缓慢已成为制约扩大内需和经济发展的一个突出问题。文章运用多元回归分析,分别以农民收入水平、收入结构、收入来源以及收入的不确定性等因素进行实证研究,最后提出关于提高农民收入、扩大消费需求的对策建议,对于扩大内需并以此促进经济增长具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The economic growth of our country is mainly driven by investment; consumption is stilI the secondary importance. Expanding domestic demand, especially the consumption demand, is the main task in the 12th Five-Year Program, and is also a long-term development strategy.The key to expand domestic demand lies in increasing the income of peasants. At the present time, the slow growth of rural incomes has become an issue in highlight, which will restrict the development of economy and consumption demand. This paper introduces the factors of the level of income, the structure of income, the source of income and the indeterminacy of income by using multiple regression analysis. At last, the paper proposes suggestions on how to expand rural incomes and domestic demand. It is very necessary and of great significance. |
