| 摘 要： | 对社区体育建设目标模式进行功能定位的基础上 ,确立了政府、社区组织、社区成员 3方合作 ,经济、政治、社会文化 3种资源共同支持的社区体育建设目标模式的基本含义 ;提出了社区体育建设目标模式为存在模式 (社会体系模式、社会区域模式 )和功能模式 (计划变迁模式、政府授权模式、社会参与模式、文化创新模式 )及其保障体系 ,并对此进行了理论分析。

| Abstract: | On the basis of functional orientation for urban community sports constructive target model, this paper establishes the basic meanings among government, community structure and community member. It is supported by three kinds of resources of economy, politics and social culture. Meanwhile, the author points out that the models of target of constructive community sports are existence model (social system model and social regional model) and functional model (planning transitional model, government empowered model, socially participative model, culturally innovative model), makes theoretical analysis on them. |
