| 摘 要： | 文章通过检索维普中文科技期刊全文数据库，（1999—2008年）十年间探泔、研究网络环境下高校图书馆信息资源建设的论文100余篇，通过对这些论文的阅读、整理，总结出这十年来我国高校图书馆网络环境下信息资源建设理论研究比较集中的十个问题。
