| 摘 要： | 现今图书馆越来越多地引入了志愿者服务，给工作带来了不少帮助。然而，笔者认为，我们对图书馆志愿服务活动的认识还有所局限。要使志愿服务活动长久开展下去，我们可以拓宽思路，加深认识，以使志愿者这一资源得以更好的利用。
