| 摘 要： | 企业智慧安全绩效管理是以数据驱动方式自动评估安全生产状况,持续提升企业的过程安全管理水平.首先,提出智慧安全绩效管理的定义,并阐述其内涵、意义与特征.然后基于此,从基础设施、数据采集、数据分析、信息服务4个方面构建企业智慧安全绩效管理模型,并分别解析智慧安全绩效管理基础设施子模型、智慧安全绩效数据采集子模型、智慧安全绩效数据分析子模型、智慧安全绩效信息服务子模型的内容.最后,从加强智慧安全绩效管理的战略规划布局、增强智慧安全技术的敏感性、加强员工对智慧系统的熟悉度、加强管理层的智能安全素养、增加个性化的安全绩效信息服务能力5个方面,提出智慧安全绩效管理的发展策略.

| Abstract: | Smart safety management is changing the management mode of work safety in the era of big data. It is imperative to carry out data-driven smart safety performance management research. First, the definition of smart safety performance management was put forward, and connotation, significance, and characteristic of smart safety performance management was elaborated. On this basis, the model of smart safety performance management was constructed, and its content was discussed from four aspects such as infrastructure, data collection, data analysis, and information services. Then, the development strategy of enterprise smart safety performance management is proposed. The results show that: smart safety performance management is a data-driven way to automatically evaluate the condition of work safety, which has guiding significance for improving the level of organizational process safety management. |
