| 摘 要： | 广西16所高职院校的工商管理专业在培养目标、专业主要课程、专业人才培养方法和师资、专业特色方面相近或相似,是导致工商管理专业同质化的主要原因。文章从工商管理专业建设必须立足于广西区域经济发展、产业发展、企业发展的需要,专业定位必须切合毕业生职业发展及实际就业的方向,专业课程群设计,实训基地和"双师型"专业教学团队建设等方面提出了高职工商管理专业教学改革建议。

| Abstract: | 16 vocational colleges of Guangxi in Business Administration training objectives,professional main courses,professional training and teacher,professional characteristics similar or similar terms,lead to homogenization of Business Administration main reason.Articles from Business Administration,Guangxi regional development must be based on economic development,industrial development,enterprise development,professional orientation and career development of graduates must meet the direction of actual employment,professional curriculum group design,training base and the ＂Double＂ teaching team building and other aspects of vocational education reform proposals of Business Administration. |
