| 摘 要： | 为了了解初任警官的人格特点和心理健康状况,采用明尼苏达多相人格调查表（MMPI）、卡特尔16种人格问卷（16PF）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）对新疆招收的785名初任警官进行了心理测试,测试结果显示,新疆初任警官心理健康水平良好,并有较好的人格特征。这一测试结果为新疆公安机关今后开展心理健康训练工作提供了科学和理论依据。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the personality and mental health status of beginning police officers,the author used the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory（MMPI）,Cattell 16 personality questionnaire（16PF）,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,self-rating depression Scale（SDS） to carry out psychological tests on 785 admitted novice Xinjiang police officers,the test results show that they had good mental health and good personalities.The test results provide a scientific basis and theoretical basis for the Xinjiang Public Security Organs in the future to carry out trainings of mental health. |
