新疆双语骨干教师培训院校汉语教师评价现状及对策

摘    要:教学评价在第二语言教学研究中占有重要的地位,其主要目的是依据一种评价标准通过各种评价手段,完善教师教学过程,提高教育教学质量。本文以教育评价理论为依托,以问卷调查为主要研究方法,从教学评价功能、评价方式、评价标准、评价结果四方面对承担少数民族双语教师脱产培训的汉语教师评价做具体研究,分析存在问题,针对问题提出解决对策。

Abstract:Teaching evaluation plays an important role in second language teaching and research,which aims to improve the teaching process and education quality by means of evaluation criteria.This paper aims to study and analyze the problems in ethnic Chinese bilingual teacher evaluation and provide problem-solving measures by employing questionnaire survey from the four respects of evaluation function,evaluation methods,evaluation criteria,evaluation results.
