摘    要:为研究各种应急调货策略在不确定需求环境下的效率,考察由一个中央供应点和多个地方供应点组成的二级多物资应急供应系统,其中需求是一个随机模糊数、服务水平有时间限制、应急调货必须考虑就近原则.针对不同的应急调货策略,分别建立相应的模型,计算各项系统指标;用粒子群优化—模拟退火(PSO-SA)混合算法,对不同策略的效率进行比较,并对影响应急系统的关键参数变动进行分析.结果表明:完全转运策略的效率高于部分转运策略;对于部分转运策略而言,转运点设置越低,系统效率越高。

Abstract:In order to study the efficiency of different emergency item transportation policies under the environment with uncertain demand,a two-echelon multi-item emergency supply system composed of one central supply spot and multiple local supply spots is considered,in which the random fuzzy demand,time limited service level and the nearby principle for emergency transportation are all considered.The corresponding models are developed according to different emergency item transportation policies to calculate the system indices.Then,PSO-SA algorithm mixed of Particle Swarm Optimization and Simulated Annealing algorithm is used to compare the efficiency of different policies and analyze the change of key factors which influence the emergency system.The result shows that the complete transshipment policy is more effective than the partial transshipment policy;furthermore,for the partial transshipment policy,the lower the transshipment point is,the more effective the system is.
