| 摘 要： | 高职院校英语课程作为一门公共必修课，主要是为学生的专业学习和综合素质提升服务的，但现阶段高职英语教学与企业岗位需求之间存在一定的差距，难以满足企业的需求。本文以广东中小企业岗位需求为背景，从课程设置、教学内容、师资队伍建设和教材改革等方面探讨高职英语教学改革，使培养的学生符合企业的需求。

| Abstract: | As a compulsory course in higher vocational colleges, English is expected to enhance students＇ professional quality. But at the current stage there＇s gap between higher vocational English teaching and demands of businesses so that the demands are hardly fulfilled. This paper backgrounds the demands of middle and small businesses in Guangdong and analyzes the higher vocational English teaching reform in the ways of curriculum, contents, teaching faculty construction and course book reform to meet the demands of businesses. |
