| 摘 要： | 本文利用SPSS软件中的主成分分析法，对环渤海经济圈40个城市的综合经济实力进行了计算和评估，据此总结出该区域的核心城市和腹地的发展现状，从而分析了导致环渤海经济圈增长极及其腹地经济发展水平产生巨大差距的原因。最后，提出了环渤海经济圈城市协调发展的途径：一方面防止增长极成为—毪地”；另一方面要以区域一体化为发展目标，实现经济的、社会的、文化的整合；再者，不仅要重视地区内各城市的协调发展，也要实现其各部门的协调发展。

| Abstract: | Using the the method of principle componential analyses in SPSS, The synthesized economic strength of the 40 cities in Bohai Sea Surrounding Area was calculated and assessed. Based on this, the development status of core cities and hinterland was summarized.In the end, policy suggestions for the coordinating development of the cities in in Bohai Sea Surrounding Area were proposed：on the one hand it need to prevent its grow pole becoming ＂enclave＂;on the other hand, taking Regional Integration as development target and achieving integration of economy,society and culture;further more,not only paying attention on coordinating development between cities in this region,but also realize coordinating development between departments. |
