| 摘 要： | 自1993年我国成为能源净进口国以来,随着我国经济的高速发展,石油供需缺口逐年加大,不断增加石油进口将是大势所趋。但大量从国外进口石油,有可能引起国际石油市场振荡和油价攀升,油源及运输通道也容易受别国控制,影响我国的石油供应安全。为此,在参考国外研究方法的基础上,结合我国的具体情况,提出了量化我国石油供应安全的赫芬达尔—赫施曼(H)方法,并为以后研究石油安全问题提供了政策建议。

| Abstract: | Since 1993,China has become a net imp ort country of energy.And with China' s high rate of develop-ment,the gap between oil production and oil demand is becoming more and mo re obvious.How to secure the country' s oil supply has aroused a lot of atten tion.Based on the method used by many researchers,this paper offers a quantification method to evaluate the supply diversification of a country and makes some policy recommendations on how to study the question of China' s oil security. |
