| Abstract: | The archives in higher institutions are the important signs to measure the schools' education quality and their management. The enhancement of the archives sense is very significant in well protecting the higher institutions' archives. To normalize, standardize and systemize the archives work, we must highlight it and take effective measures to avoid the loss of valuable resources. |
