| 摘 要： | 当前,借鉴美国、英国、前苏联等国公共图书馆委员会的运作经验,成立公共图书馆委员会是我国公共图书馆管理体制改革的方向。公共图书馆委员会是具有公共图书馆行政管理职能的中介组织。政府在公共图书馆委员会建立中应该发挥主导作用,在政策、法律、舆论宣传等方面给予支持、引导。

On the Use of Committee in Public Libraries in China |

| Abstract: | At present,according to the former Soviet Union,the United States,Britain and other countries,to establish public library committee is the direction to reform on management system of public libraries in China.Public Library committee is an intermediary organization which has administrative functions for public library.The Government should play a leading role in public library committee construction,and give it support and guide in the policy,legal,media publicity. |
