| 摘 要： | 知识经济下，企业所面临的竞争，已由工业经济物质资本的竞争转变为知识经济人才资源的竞争，高素质的创新型人才己成为各企业争夺的主要资源。我国企业对创新型人才的开发与管理还存在一系列的问题，要根据创新型人才的特点，建立切实可行的开发、培养、使用、激励机制，提高企业创新型人才的价值和作用，增强企业竞争力。
