| 摘 要： | 主题班会是聋校各种德育教育方式中一种行之有效的教育方法,班会作用不容小觑。它是一种集体教育活动,又是聋生进行自我教育的重要渠道。提高聋校班会课的功效性要以系统性和针对性并举为指导,精心选题;班会内容和形式贴近聋生生活,关注聋生需求;组织过程中充分发挥聋生自我教育的自主性;在进行集体教育的同时,以个别教育为补充,使聋校主题班会达到最佳的效果。
