发挥聋校初中阶段主题班会的功效性

摘    要:主题班会是聋校各种德育教育方式中一种行之有效的教育方法,班会作用不容小觑。它是一种集体教育活动,又是聋生进行自我教育的重要渠道。提高聋校班会课的功效性要以系统性和针对性并举为指导,精心选题;班会内容和形式贴近聋生生活,关注聋生需求;组织过程中充分发挥聋生自我教育的自主性;在进行集体教育的同时,以个别教育为补充,使聋校主题班会达到最佳的效果。

Abstract:Theme class meeting is a kind of collective education activity and it is an important way of education for the deaf.The content of class meeting should focus on deaf children's needs and their own life.Organizing course should focus on equality and democracy to help them with self education and focus on individual education to constantly improve the function of theme class meeting in schools for the deaf.
