| 摘 要： | 建设好高校学报特色栏目,是提高学报的学术质量,扩大学报的社会影响力的重要举措,各高校学报应予以重视。在高校学报特色栏目建设中,除应对特色栏目的性质、定位、作用有清晰认识外,还必须在特色栏目的编辑过程中,避免出现"有特色无学术"的问题,同时要防范"有研究无争鸣"的现象,要消除"有计划无策划"的编辑方式,应力戒"有文化无深度"的编辑结果。

| Abstract: | Constructing the special column of the university Journal is the important means to raise the academic quality and enlarge the influence of the journal,which should be stressed in the universities.The nature,position and usage of the special column should be well recognized so as to avoid the four cases——specialized but no schooling,researching without arguing,well-planned without designing and culture without depth. |
