| 摘 要： | 构建侗族地区社会和谐发展，解决好在发展经济转型过程中出现的各种民事纠纷，有必要在司法实践中对侗族婚姻习惯法的宽容和合理利用，以此改善民族地区司法的纠纷解决能力及社会效果，提高司法的公信力和亲合力。文章结合在三江侗族自治县八江和林溪两个乡镇的实地调查，就实现国家法和侗族婚姻习惯法在司法实践中的良性互动作了探讨，期以促进侗族地区社会和谐发展奠定基础．
