| 摘 要： | 本文立足示范性院校项目建设的实践,探索了基于专业性与职业性相融合的高职人才培养模式创新、专业教学标准开发、课程体系建设、＂双师＂结构教学团队建设和生产性学习型实训基地建设,进而证明职业性与专业性相融合决定了高等职业教育的类型特色。

| Abstract: | Based on the practice of the project construction of demonstration vocational colleges,this paper explores a new mode of training talents,standards development of professional teaching,construction of double qualified teachers＇ team and construction of productive-learning training.Furthermore,this paper proves that the integration of occupation and profession decides the types and features of higher vocational education. |
