| 摘 要： | 党的十八届四中全会上对依法治国方略内涵的深化,宏观上有助于社会主义法治理念的确立,法治国家的构建、法制体系的确立,微观上则是对卓越法律人才这一法学专业人才培养机制提供了深入发展的切入口,拓展了人才培养的管理、教育、就业等方面的路径。本文以西北政法大学民商法学院为例,积极探索卓越法律人才在科研能力培养的新机制,为今后法学专业人才培养工作提供新的启示。
