| 摘 要： | 研究生教育作为我国最高层次的学历教育,在社会主义现代化建设新时期,扮演着越来越重要的角色。近年来,研究生招生规模逐渐扩大,研究生数量也随之逐年递增,重视研究生群体的思想政治教育工作也愈发具有必要性。因此要把握目前研究生群体的特点和思想状况,发现研究生群体的思想政治教育工作中存在的不足之处,进而提出具有针对性的有效策略和改善路径。
