| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术、电子信息技术以及网络技术的发展和普及,电子文件产生的领域和数量急剧增加.大量纸质文件被无形的电子文件所取代.由于电子文件具有独特性质,如何做好电子文件的收集、积累、鉴定与归档等工作,是摆在新世纪档案工作人员面前的一个新课题.

| Abstract: | With the development and popularization of computer technology,the electronic information technology as well as the net technology,and the use of electronic files (E-files for short) has been increased sharply both in terms of the field and quantity.A large number of paper files has been replaced by E-files.Since the E-files have their unique features, the challenge of studying how to collect, identify and document the E-files has become a challenge for file clerks to face. |
