篮球运动对女大学生身体形态和体质的影响

摘    要:随机抽取60名女大学生实施17周篮球教学训练,对她们锻炼前后身体形态指标和体质指标进行测试。结果表明:长期参加篮球运动可以消除体内多余脂肪,降低体脂,减少身体各部位的围度,使体形更加健美、匀称;同时有效地改善心肺功能,对提高女大学生的握力、腹肌力量、弹跳力等身体素质具有显著作用.

Abstract:The experiment tests the physique and physical functions of 60 female college students who have joined basketball training for 17 weeks,and the result shows that prolonged exercises can reduce the bodies fat by a certain percentage,make the students fit and well-built,improve the functions of heart and lung,and play an important role in improving the students' physical quality.
