| 摘 要： | 香港高校就业指导具有政府宏观就业指导精细化、学校中观就业指导体系化和学生微观就业指导个性化的特点。它对内地高校就业指导的启示在于需要转变观念,树立主动服务意识;转变机制,构建精细化、体系化、个性化的"三化"就业指导机制;转变方式,构筑全员参与、全过程参与、全方位参与的"三全"就业指导方式。

| Abstract: | Career guidance in Hong Kong universities exhibits three characteristics.They are meticulous from government’s macroscopic view,systematic from universities’mesoscopic view,and personalized from students’microscopic view.It inspires mainland career guidance to change concepts,and establish active service awareness;to transform mechanism and construct meticulous、systematic、personalized career guidance mechanisms;to shift ways and construct career guidance with full and all-round participation involving in the whole process. |
