市场与生态:民国年间山东平原区的耕作制度变迁

摘    要:清末至民国,山东平原区出现固定的小麦——黄豆复种组合。光绪之后,胶东半岛东部的玉米排挤高粱和粟成为主要春播作物,与麦豆等作物组成新的种植制度,鲁西北的农民采用间作、混作等方式种植玉米,很好地利用了生态系统的能量转换规律,却在一定程度上排挤了豆类作物。随着粮食贸易市场的繁荣,山东农民重新配置农业生产要素,安排符合他们利益的耕作制度,这是他们综合考量市场与生态的结果。

Market and Ecosystem:Transitions of Farming System in Shandong Plain Area in Republic of China

Abstract:The stable wheat-soybean cropping combination appeared in Shandong plain area from the end of Qing Dynasty.Corn squeezed out broomcorn and millet as the main spring crop,and joined with wheat-soybean to form a new cropping system in eastern of Jiaodong Peninsula.In Northwest Shandong,farmers used intercropping and mixed cropping to plant corn in order to make good use of the ecosystem energy conversion law,and squeezed out soybean.Farmers in Shandong reconfigured agricultural elements,arranged new farming system according to their interests with the market boom of the grain trade,which is the result of comprehensive consideration of the market and ecosystem.
