政策、公共政策、教育政策的内涵及其逻辑关系分析

摘    要:政策、公共政策、教育政策一脉相承,既有联系,又有区别。政策是组织或个人为未来的目标任务制定的一种计划、纲领、准则,公共政策是一个国家或政党为每一个时期的目标、任务制定出来的纲领性、计划性、指导性的行为准则和规范,教育政策则是一个国家或政党根据一定历史时期的教育目标和任务制定出来的,用来调整人们社会关系和教育关系的某种持续性、纲领性、计划性、指导性的行动纲领和行为准则。

Abstract:Policy,public policy and educational policy with links and differences derived from the same origin.Policy is the program,principle and guidance made by an organization and an individual for the objectives and missions in the future.And public policy is the planed guiding principle and standard with programmatic made by a nation or a party according to the objectives and missions in every specific period.While the educational policy is the planed,sustainable,guiding principle and standard with programmatic made by a nation or a party according to the educational objectives and missions in a historical period,which can be used to adjust the social and educational relationship.
