| 摘 要： | 中国医学科学院阜外心血管病医院是集医疗、教学、科研于一身的心血管病专科医院。根据院所发展目标和科研体制改革方案，本着安全、科学、规范、和谐的原则组建了我院的科研平台-中心实验室。在以人为本的理念指导下，探索合理的管理模式，使中心实验室在科学研究、人才培养中发挥双重作用，成为连接临床与基础的桥梁。

| Abstract: | Cardiovascular Institute and Fu Wai Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. is a specialized hospital on cardiovascular disease. It incarnates the clinic, the teaching, and scientific research as a whole. On the base of the development aim and scientific research system innovation project of our hospital, the central laboratory was constructed. As a platform of scientific research, it is in line with security, science, standard and harmonious principle. We are exploring reasonable management pattern in the humanist foundation so that the central laboratory displays dual function in the scientific research and education. We hope that it should be a bridge between clinic and scientific research. |
