| 摘 要： | 氨基酸是蛋白质的组成成分，在人体营养和生理上占有重要地位，人们对蛋白质的需求实际上就是对氨基酸的需要。本文阐述了氨基酸对于学龄前儿童的作用，并探讨了维持学龄前儿童饮食中氨基酸适宜构成比例的有效途径。
