| 摘 要： | 尿素合成塔是尿素生产中的核心设备之一,文章针对尿素合成塔的爆炸事故,叙述尿素合成塔的结构和工艺情况及其几种爆炸现象,分析其爆炸的主要原因,得出设备存在缺陷及其操作不当使得气体在爆炸范围内是导致爆炸的直接因素,可实施CO2原料气脱氢、增加混合气中NH3含量和检漏系统改造等技术改造措施来减少爆炸事件.

| Abstract: | Urea converter is one of the core equipment of urea manufacturer.According to the explosion of urea converter,this paper described the structure,technology of urea converter and bursting phenomena,analyzed the main reason of its explosion,and it was obtained that equipment defects and its improper operation are the direct factors to cause explosion.So we should implement dehydrogenation of CO2 gas,increase NH 3 content in the mixture and leak detection systems improvement and some other technology reform measures to strengthen the urea converter daily operation of maintenance. |
