| Abstract: | This paper attempts to expound the essential intension of the jury institution from its production and expandation and works out two forms from contrasting the specific content in different system of law and country. On the basis, according to law provided and judicial practice, the paper brings up the conception on the reform for our country's jury institution from the tier of theory and system. |
