| 摘 要： | 经济全球化，中国加入WTO，教育必然与国 妆轨，开放的教育市场必将引起观念的进一步解放，中国的教育将面临新的发展空间，在竞争中寻工机遇，积极开拓国际市场在发展中应对挑战，必须学会利用国际规则，利用教育国际化的开放原创，充分挖掘多种教育资源，激活教育机制，培养应用性国际人才，积极开拓国内、国际两个市场，以务实的态度推进中国教育国际化向深层次发展。
