| 摘 要： | 西部地区中等职业教育发展落后的原因主要包括:人们思想观念落后、经济发展缓慢、教育结构不合理、教育经费投入不足。因此,应加强职业教育的宣传力度,营造促其发展的氛围;推进区域、城乡职业教育的合作;政府加强政策倾斜,地方广开校资渠道;合时调整与优化教育结构。

| Abstract: | The reasons result in the underdevelopment of secondary vocational education in western region mainly include:thinking and ideology lagged behind,economy developed slowly,educational structure was unreasonable and educational fund was insufficient. Therefore,propagandization should be reinforced to build conducive environment for the development of vocational education;cooperation among different regions and between city and country should be boosted;educational structure should be adjusted and optimized;the government should strengthen policy support,local administration should be broaden financing approaches to secondary vocational schools and the education structure should be adjusted intime and optimized. |
