| 摘 要： | 从内、外部影响因素入手，构建了企业专利能力影响因素模型，并运用结构方程模型通过对宁波、杭州的问卷调查进行了验证。企业专利能力内部影响因素包括企业人力资源配置水平、企业家素质、企业规模、企业创新能力和企业学习能力五个方面；企业专利能力外部影响因素包括区域经济增长、专利制度和政策促进和知识产权文化塑造。其中，外部因素通过内部因素对企业专利能力发生作用。
