| Abstract: | The Specialization of the headmasters in elementary and high schools has become the important trend of the occupation development under the new situations. In order to improve the quality of the headmasters, realize the specialization of the headmasters, make the headmasters adapt to the international trend and the reform of the foundation education we should adopt effective countermearues to promote the specialization of the headmasters to make then translated from experrience typed to schoolarship-typed and specialized-schoolar-typed headmasters. |
