| 摘 要： | 高职院校开展学生军训工作是法律赋予的职责，责任重大。只有准确定位军训的目标和任务、充实完善军训的大纲和内容、调整改进施训的方式和方法，才能有效解决目前存在的军训内容不统一、军训训练方式较单一、军训成果难巩固等问题；只有总结军训经验、挖掘军训潜力、注重训管衔接，才能巩固军训成果，形成军训效益的长效机制。
