| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献法,阐述了高校体育文化的定义,并指出其发展、创新的方向:即人文化;科学化;民主化;国际化;民族化。同时,提出了营造先进高校体育文化的基本途径:以先进文化引领校园体育文化建设,形成各具特色、多层次、多格局发展的时代特点;加强硬件和软件建设,突出以学生为本的高校体育文化;教职员工积极参与高校体育文化建设;适度接纳外来或地方文化;不断固化高校体育文化建设的成果。

| Abstract: | The paper, by means of literature, elaborates the definition of sports culture at colleges and universities, and points out its developing and innovating trend towards being humanistic, scientific, democratic, internationalized and national. The paper also puts forward some approaches to constructing advanced sports culture at colleges and universities: to guide the construction with advanced culture, to feature the students-centered sports culture, to engage university staff in the construction, and to adopt properly foreign or local culture, etc. |
