| 摘 要： | 分析平衡计分卡(BSC)在图书馆中的应用,对BSC进行改良,提出BSC的整合模式,即整合目标管理法、关键绩效指标法、利益相关者理论。分析高校图书馆战略目标及子目标关系,设计财务、读者、内部流程、学习成长、其它利益相关者五个维度的战略绩效指标体系。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the application and the shortage of BSC in library this paper presents the integration pattern of BSC,namely integration of the objective management method,method of key performance index and stakeholder theory.On this basis we analyzes the relationship of strategic objective and sub objective of academic library,design the index system of strategic performance of academic library included five aspects: financial,reader,internal business processes,learning and growth,stakeholders.Finally,the determination of the weight of each index by value iteration methods is put forward. |
