| 摘 要： | 积极发展现代远程教育是教育信息化的重要任务之一。红河电大应抓住西部大开发的良机,加快教学信息化、网络化建设,抓好以“人网”为中心的“三网”建设,健全学习支持服务系统,完善以学生自主学习和个别化学习的教学模式、管理模式和运行机制,构建红河州现代远程开放教育技术平台,推进开放教育的发展。

| Abstract: | The development of modem distance education is one of the major tasks of educational information. Honghe Branch School should take this good opportunity of the development of China's west to speed up the construction of instructional information and network and the construction of "three kinds of network", especially the "human net", and make efforts to improve study support services and instructional, administrative and operational mechanism of students' autonomous and individual study, build the platform of educadonal techniques of modem distance education and promote the development of open education. |
