| 摘 要： | 针对中国企业目前发展所面临的困境及所表现出的市场竞争形式，按照哈默尔与普拉哈拉德的战略管理思想，结合中国市场特点、企业成长规律、企业发展趋势等方面因素综合考虑，提出构建管理竞争能力或许是中国企业走出困境的理性选择的观点。最后给出了具体的操作思路与建议。

| Abstract: | To solve the predicament and competitiveness situation of Chinese enterprises,following the Gary Hamel and C. K. Prahalad＇ core competence theory,combining the Chinese market characteristics,growing law and develping trend of chinese enterprises,we suggest the view that constructing management competence may make Chinese enterprises pass the predicament. This paper presents some concrete methods and suggestions. |
