| 摘 要： | 本文对科研项目信息化管理的目标、内容、实施方法和步骤进行了探讨。科研项目信息化管理的主要目的是实现项目管理各个环节之间的信息互通，以及相关信息系统之间的信息交换和信息共享，并能将业务流程信息化处理，实现业务实时监控和实时处理。信息化管理实施可以分为三个步骤，即业务流程改进、过程管理改进、信息化实施。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the informationized management of scientific research projects, including object, content, implementing method and steps. The main object is to realize information communication between each link of the project management and information exchange and sharing among the corresponding information systems, informationize the business process and supervise and control it in real time. The implement process of the informationized management includes three steps, i.e. business process improvement, process management improvement and information system establishing. |
