| 摘 要： | 素质教育的开展必须充分重视人们的心理层面,遵循人的心理规律,因势利导是素质教育的根本出发点。在宏观层面,创建健康积极的社会心理环境,为素质教育的实施鸣锣开道;在中观层面,营造和谐的课堂教学心理氛围．为素质教育目标的实现提供保障;在微观层面,养成每个学生健康的心理,夯实素质教育的基础。

| Abstract: | In carrying out quality education, people's psychology must be fully emphasised. The starting point of quality education is to follow people's psychological laws, make use of the situation and offer guidance. On the macro-level, building up an active,healthy social psychological environmnt will pave the way for its implementation, on the intermediate level,. a harmonious class teaching psychological atmosphere can provide safeguards for it. on the micro-level, developing a healthy psychology in students is the solid basis of it. |
