| 摘 要： | 日新月异的数字技术极大地推动着出版业态的新发展,因而亟需新的编辑出版人才.高教社根据业态变化,尤其是数字化所带来的影响,通过三大能力的打造,即把握教育资源趋势,提供先进资源实现方式以及进行市场运作并提供优质服务,使其真正成为教育出版界的引领者.高校在培养专业人才时亦应考虑如何适应新业态的发展,培养未来出版业需要的编辑出版人才.
