| 摘 要： | 城镇化是农村现代化的必然趋势。在当前城镇化进程中,农村基础教育发展出现了诸如“升学主义”观念有所加强、基础教育“育人价值”受到忽视、“身份”歧视导致辍学现象增加、留守农民工子女教育质量下滑、课程结构欠合理等问题。为此,应通过转变基础教育观念、强化基础教育的文化传递与改良功能,消除“身份”歧视意识,加强对留守农民工子女的监护,改革和完善课程结构等,有效促进农村基础教育健康发展。

| Abstract: | In the process of urbanization, the inevitable trend of rural modernization, appear such problems in the rural elementary education as the emphasis on the entry into the schools, the ignorance of the value of educating students, the increase of dropout caused by the identity discrimination, the decrease of quality in educating children of farmer workers and irrationality of curriculum structure. In order to solve these problems, we should change our views of elementary education, reinforce the cultural transfer and reforming function of education, eliminate the idea of identity discrimination, strengthen the guarding of children of farmer workers, and improve the curriculum structure so that the healthy development of elementary education in the rural areas will be ensured. |
