| 摘 要： | 坚持中国共产党对我国立法的领导,是中国特色社会主义法治建设题中的应有之义,也是社会主义法治理念的重要内涵。为此,需要对中国国情下党领导立法的若干基本问题作出理论深化和实践总结,以更好地坚持和完善党对立法的领导,推进依法治国。文章立足于党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机统一,从党的领导与人民当家作主,党领导立法的原则、特点和途径,构建和增进党与人民代表大会间的和谐关系,完善党对立法的领导等方面作了阐述。
