| 摘 要： | 在即将来临的知识经济时代,技术老化的周期及人们职业变换的进度将越来越快。因此,高等教育只有实行柔性教育，才能适应这种迅速变化的客观要求，培养出具有良好社会适应能力和可持续发展能力的合格人才。而要做到这一点，就必须采用柔性教学计划,实施学分制管理和构建模块化课程体系。
