| 摘 要： | 哈萨克斯坦独立后实施了向市场经济体制的转轨,积极发展对外经贸合作成为了其参与经济全球化的重要手段。十余年来,对外贸易在促进哈萨克斯坦国内经济走出衰退、快速恢复和实现高速增长过程中起到了极其重要的作用,在转轨经济国家中验证了＂对外贸易是经济增长的发动机＂的传统命题。同时,哈萨克斯坦国内经济的快速增长也进一步加速了自身融入世界经济体系的历史进程。

| Abstract: | Kazakhstan implements the transition to a market economy system after realizing its independence. And developing the foreign trade becomes the key strategy of joining econom- ic globalization. The foreign trade in Kazakhstan has played a vital role in the course of walking out recession, making a recovery and realizing the quick growth, which proves the traditional proposition of ＂ the foreign trade is the engine for economic growth＂ in economic transition countries. At one time,the domestic economic quick growth of Kazakhstan also speeds up the history course of integrating its economy with world economy system. |
