| 摘 要： | 为适应世界经济区域一体化的潮流,中国和东盟决定组建自由贸易区,双方都为此付出了很大的努力,也取得了一定的成果。但自由贸易区的建设遇到种种困难和挑战,一是东盟区域性组织本身内生的脆弱性;二是东盟与中国存在的利益矛盾和机制分歧;三是来自贸易区以外的牵制和干涉。

| Abstract: | To apply to the tide of integration of world economic region,China and ASEAN decide to build FTA with both party made great efforts,and acquired some fruits.But the building course is facing various difficulties and challenge.First is the innate weakness of ASEAN;second is the interest contradiction and mechanic conflict between both sides;the third is the involvement and interference from outside. |
